Week One…Ouch

Okay so we just finished our first big night of training…it came complete with Pilates class…um wow…ouch. I have been running for only a couple of months..and still yes I have embraced the fact that I am the slow one..But I am feeling better and better and my new shoes (thank you Brooks) make me feel like flying! Okay maybe not flyng just moving a little faster…OY VAY!
